Faculty

Each class meets with five instructors who specialize in teaching a particular English skill. The faculty of the IEP are very competent and well-trained professionals who have been carefully selected for their ability and dedication to the field of Teaching English as a Second Language. Most have lived and taught abroad and speak other languages. All the instructors have many years (an average of 15 to 20 years) of experience teaching English. They are genuinely concerned about their students and are sensitive to the students' cultural, academic and personal needs. The instructors frequently meet with students outside of class for one-on-one tutoring. Because IEP instructors are friendly and caring, students often consult them on personal and other matters.
